Student-made zines acquired by Washington University Libraries

Zines made by Sophia Dykstra (BFA25), Jackson Hescock (BFA23), Diana Hoffman (BFA25), Alex McLaughlin (BFA23) and Helen Piloto (BFA25) were recently acquired into the permanent collection at Washington University Libraries’ Special Collections.

The zines, created in courses taught by Sage Dawson (senior lecturer, College of Art) and Jack Risley (professor, College of Art), explore a range of topics including identity, domestic and ritual space, and obsolete technology.
