Fox Fridays announced for Fall 2025
2025-09-12 • Sam Fox School
The Sam Fox School has released the lineup for its weekly Fox Friday series. The workshops are structured as low-stress introductions to lesser-known tools, resources, processes, and ideas. Past workshops have ranged from screen printing to bronze casting to 3D modeling and machine learning.
Open to the WashU community, Fox Fridays began in 2019 as an easygoing, playful way to introduce students to new methods of creating. The free workshops are coordinated by Erin Johnston, a lecturer in the school who teaches printmaking.
This semester’s workshops include risograph printing, how to install your artwork, seaweed sculpting, blacksmithing, and more.
The series is made possible thanks to the generosity of Randy and Sally Knight.
