Sam Fox School alumni receive 2025 AIA Housing Award

Architecture firm Trivers was honored with a 2025 American Institute of Architects Housing Award for their project, The Victor, near St. Louis’ Union Station and Energizer Park. Joel Fuoss, MArch ’02, and Martin Padilla, MArch ’01, received the award at the AIA Conference in Boston last month. Built in 1906 as a warehouse distribution building, Trivers led the adaptive reuse of The Victor, turning the once-vacant 735,000-square-foot space into living, retail, and co-working space, including their own office on the ground floor.

The firm previously received an AIAI Housing Award in 2023 for Woodward Lofts in The Grove neighborhood.
