In this comprehensive studio, students asked what their designs can do now to live in the interspecies landscape eco-futures that we want to live in later.⁠ ⁠ Jose Tenorio Villagomez’ project constructs with ruderal urban landscapes populated with self-organizing spontaneous plants that have adapted to thrive in conditions of disturbance. By potentially growing aesthetic resilient living systems, undervalued urban sites can generate value in water management.⁠
