Malka Schnaidman

Malka Schnaidman is an artist, educator and storyteller from New Jersey. She creates work that is both observational and personal, blending poetry with portrait, landscape with close-up nature-rot. From 2021-2025 she lived and worked in Taiwan where she discovered the practice of Shui Mo - Chinese ink painting. This makes up a large part of her current work, exemplary of her dedication to patient, tactile and traditional art forms.
