Emily MacAulay Eid

Emily MacAulay Eid began her conversion to Catholicism in January of 2025, which caused profound changes in all areas of her life, including her art practice. Her artwork centers around boldly proclaiming the Gospel, while emphasizing the Church’s teachings on redemptive suffering due to her experiences with chronic pain and illness. Her goal is to showcase the grace of final perseverance and the virtue of hope by creating art through prayer and offering up her suffering to Jesus Christ.
