Kayla Elam

Kayla joins the Kemper Art Museum from The Met, where she served as an editor of exhibition didactics and catalogues. Before joining The Met, she worked for several journalism and museum publishers, including the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and the Smithsonian. Born and raised in the Ozarks, she earned degrees in journalism and art history from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
