Repair Fair | Sustainable Fashion Week

The Repair Fair helps reduce waste by extending the life of items and teaching people how to repair things themselves. Bring your apparel or home decor items that need to be repaired or altered. You can pay a professional seamstress to complete your alterations on site from 4-8 p.m. or you can learn how to complete the following repairs yourself at the following sessions:

• 4:00 p.m. - Sewing buttons
• 4:30 p.m. - Learning how to thread a machine and sew a seam
• 5:00 p.m. - Holes, and rips
• 5:30 p.m. - Tapering and hemming garments
• 6:00 p.m. - Zipper repair- must bring a replacement zipper
